This painting reflects my acknowledgement of the selfless and giving nature of Mother Earth. I have such a profound respect and awe for her continuing ability to share and nurture creation. I am honoured to witness on a moment to moment basis the feminine aspect of our Great Creator through the life -giving cycles of our Mother Earth. She is, and always has been, the great grandmother to all of the children of humankind; and to all the animal kingdoms that depend upon her for survival.

This painting I did in honor to the spiritual experiences of Jesus Christ, the faith and action he invested in regards to the all mighty relationship with our heavenly father. I believe in Christ, in what he taught and in what he shared in the experiences of his examples of love, humility, compassion and forgiveness. One of his most profound and challenging teachings was to love our father God with all of our hearts, and to love one another, as we love ourselves. The strength and timelessness of this truth still permeates today.

I believe that it is through faith, action and love, that we shall come to a much higher understanding of these truths. That it is better to love, than to be loved, it is better to forgive, than to be forgiven, for it is by self forgetting that one finds......the highest and most beloved spiritual self. I thank you Lord Christ, for all that you have done, all that you do, and for all that you shall continue to do, from the beginning until the end.

Facing the Reality of Life and Death

In this my painting my goal was to celebrate the depth and strength of the dynamic relationships between mothers and their children. I am often humbled by the challenge that our mothers have in teaching and raising our children, the dedication and sacrifice involved in shaping the mind, body, emotions and the souls of these little blessed ones. The children are our future, they hold the keys to the future destiny of this planet, and the mothers of this world are in the position to do what they can to raise these children with principles, and moral and spiritual awareness and understanding.

I am thankful to all the strong mothers of this world, their unwavering love and compassion, and their ability to bring education through their own life experiences. We as a human race need to honor our mothers everyday, for they are the true guardians of mother earth, here, now, as it always was, and as it shall always be. All my relations

This painting reflects the social relationships between people, the animals, the water dwellers, and those that fly. We are all connected and we serve one another in varying degrees. I was also going through a major shift in consciousness in regards to that of the Universal or Cosmic level.

You will see a new language of symbols that I am using describing a new perspective in perceptions. There is always change that happens in the ebb and flow of life, and this painting certainly express the movement of that change. I am thankful for the powers and energies that happen ....during the hours of the midnight swim!

This painting reflects my spiritual interpretation of the healing power and knowledge of the Bear Clan. The bear's understanding of the medicinal properties of the plants, berries, barks and leaves of the plant kingdom is profound to say the least. It is with humility that I wish to acknowledge the thousands of generations of evolution that brings the results of awareness, understanding, knowledge, and wisdom that the Bear Clan truly represents.

This painting reflects the soul's contemplation of the mysteries of the Great Spirit. For it is the power of our Creator that enables the process of change by aligning our will with the will of the Creator's. Through this realignment, our spiritual self finds a limitless supply of energy and gains full access to the replenishing power of the spiritual principles.

It is the transformational power of these spiritual principles - honesty, love, forgiveness, courage, compassion, faith and action - that brings about the desired results of change; creating in one's self a spiritual transformation.
